At Omi Home, we want you to love every piece you bring into your living space. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for most furniture and decor items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original protective packaging and include all assembly hardware, instructions, and the printed return slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or contact us to schedule a freight pickup for oversized furniture.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
